GM Associates - About Us
GM Associates was formed in 1995 by Graham Manning, to provide an independent Facilities Management Solutions service available to support over worked Facilities Managers, and as a resource to premises owners who do not have specialist FM services in house.

Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers
Member of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers
Member of the British Institute of Facilities Management
12 Years experience with Texas Instruments as Facilities Manager working in both the UK Headquarters in Bedford, and with the European Headquarters.
10 Years with Smith Kline & French (now Glaxo Smith Kline), as Construction Manager and Project Engineer.
Graham brings a customer focused approach to Facilities Management, through extensive experience, delivering a lasting integrated solution.
Jill Manning - Partner.
Jill is the office manager, responsible for all administrative, payroll and finance functions. She also prioritises incoming queries and passes them to the appropriate partner, and maintains client continuity.
Jill also acts as a client manager for a number of clients, and is the first point of call for these clients.
