12 Years experience with Texas Instruments as Facilities Manager working in both the UK Headquarters in Bedford, and with the European Headquarters.
10 Years with Smith Kline & French (now Glaxo Smith Kline), as Construction Manager and Project Engineer.
Graham brings a customer focused approach to Utilities Management, through extensive experience, delivering a lasting integrated solution.

Jill Manning - Partner.
Jill is a full partner in the business and provides both office support, with responsibility for all administrative, payroll and finance functions. She also prioritises incoming queries while dealing directly with clients needs.
Jill is a client manager for a number of clients, dealing directly with their negotiations and bill reconciliation.
